This figure was a simple little figure from Reaper, but it has great character. When I painted it, I decided to go for an older, wiser ranger. The facial features and pose almost demanded it.

For the sword, I tried a new Reaper color, heated metal. It was a little two strong for me, so I painted over it with a thin ghost gray. In the end, I had a sword with a real worn look. I felt that added to the figures look and feel nicely.
