This figure was painted for a character I play. The figure shown was actually the third one I used for the character.

Rievan was based around the concept of a mage-killer, a hexblade/rouge who specialized in defeating casters and spell slingers. One of his more noticeable of Rievan's traits was his speed and agility. I needed a figure that was in motion. This figure fit the bill.

When making the base, I placed his lead foot on a stone. This made the figure lean into his forward blade and seem off balance. I felt this would suggest a fighting style that was aggressive and agile.
